Effective Foam Rolling Tips for Sore Muscles

Sore, tight muscles from your workouts OR from sitting all day at your desk . . .


Anyone know what I'm talking about?


The Foam Roller is really an amazing tool but highly underutilized. A few minutes a day can relieve stress, pressure, soreness & tightness caused by being in one position all day. You could foam roll while watching your favorite show on Netflix, it's that easy to do.


Here is a short video of effective foam rolling tips to show you how I released some pain brought on by a strain during a workout. I generally can crack my back & release tension from my upper back & shoulders using this tool.
