We can all use a good Challenge to keep us going . . . so here is one for you. Decide which day you want to start and send me an email so I can encourage you along the way. Then for the next 30 Days you follow along and kick your Fitness into high gear.
I will give you 4 levels. Complete as many exercises as you can in your own time. For each level you finish give yourself get 5 points. You have 30 days to complete as many levels as you can. If you get through all 4 levels, start over. At the end of your 30 days email me how you did. I would love to hear it!!
You choose your rep count based on your current Fitness Level.
Beginner: Complete 10 reps of each exercise
Intermediate: Complete 15 reps of each exercise
Advanced: Complete 20 reps of each exercise
