Workout of The Week



This is a workout you could do anywhere. The next time you go on a camping trip, take your kb with you and do THIS workout. Day 1: Time yourself to see how long it takes to complete the whole thing. Day 2: Complete a 3 mile run and stretch afterwards. Day 3: Do this workout again BUT beat your time from Day 1. Repeat that pattern the whole time you are gone trying to continually beat your fastest time! Enjoy! xoxo
