Workout of The Week: Linked Up



Here is a workout that you can do either all together or broken into pieces. Take it with you on business trip, vacation, out of towning . . . no equipment necessary to get an awesome workout. Let me know what you think.

Circuit #1:

  • 20 squat jumps

  • 20 burpees

  • 20 jumping jacks

  • 20 crunches

REST 1 minute - REPEAT

REST 1 minute - Complete Circuit #2

Circuit #2:

  • 20 forward lunges (20 total reps)

  • 20 squats

  • 20 jumping jacks

  • 20 bicycle crunches (slowly - not fast)

REST 1 minute - REPEAT

REST 1 minute - Complete Circuit #3

Circuit #3:

  • 30 full sit ups

  • 20 squats

  • 40 jumping jacks

  • 10 push ups

REST 1 minute - REPEAT

REST 1 minute - Complete all 3 Circuits again
