Circuit #1:
20 squat jumps
20 burpees
20 jumping jacks
20 crunches
REST 1 minute - REPEAT
REST 1 minute - Complete Circuit #2
Circuit #2:
20 forward lunges (20 total reps)
20 squats
20 jumping jacks
20 bicycle crunches (slowly - not fast)
REST 1 minute - REPEAT
REST 1 minute - Complete Circuit #3
Circuit #3:
30 full sit ups
20 squats
40 jumping jacks
10 push ups
REST 1 minute - REPEAT
REST 1 minute - Complete all 3 Circuits again
